All of the items in our shop are usually in stock and ready to ship the day after you place your order. On the odd occasion we may need to get more stock from our distributor which may slightly delay the shipping of your stuff. If this happens then we will notify you asap and give you the opportunity to wait for the goods, select alternatives or if need be cancel your order.
Orders will only be accepted and fulfilled by us on receipt of full payment from you. Please note that if you opt to pay by cheque, we will need to wait for this to clear before sending your order.
We are VAT registered and where applicable VAT @ 17.5% is included in the price of the goods and shipping.
All prices are are post paid to the relevant zones of the world, we have done this in order to account for the varying exchange rates against the GBP. We do reserve the right to request that you pay an additional fee for tracking and insurance if you ask us to send to a country we don't normally ship to, or we've had problems in the past or it is generally in the back end of beyond! This happens very rarely and please don't take it personally and of course you have the right to cancel your order if you are not happy with the extra shipping costs.
Please don't ask us to ship anything surface - it just takes too long!
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us in the first instance and let us know. We are nice people and will do everything we can do to help.
In the case of damaged or broken items, we will offer a replacement or if this is not possible a refund. After ordering, you do have 7 days from the date of delivery to change your mind, in this instance we will accept a return of the item(s) in new and original saleable condition and still shrinkwrapped (where applicable). Please notify us within 7 days of recipt of your order, send it back to us and on receipt of the items back we will issue a refund to you (we will not cover the return postage, this cost needs to be paid by you.
