SLEEP are not to be confused with the dreary stoner rock band of the same name.. these guys played fantastic melodic hardcore two decades ago! Hailing from Brighton, they only were in existence for a couple of years, but in that time left me with memories of some awesome live shows but also left us all a couple of cracking releases in the form of the “Cat And Mouse” album and “Suffocate” 7”.. “Back To Square One Again 89-91” compiles those with tracks from their demo and live recordings of songs they never got round to recording at the time, all digitally remastered and available as part of the Boss Tuneage Retro Series!
