HERESY are, without doubt, one of the most influential and important of the original UK Hardcore bands. Often copied, imitated, but never matched – in four short years at the tail end of the 80s HERESY produced a back catalogue of pure hardcore punk gold.. Its no surprise then that Ian Glasper’s recent book on the late 80s UKHC scene was named after a HERESY song (“Trapped In A Scene”)

The HERESY trilogy of reissues on the Boss Tuneage Retro Series were a real labour of love from the band to put together, and remain must haves for anyone with an interest in the hardcore scene.
