Chillerton

CHILLERTON first came onto the Boss Tuneage radar way back in 2002 or so, when they sprung up as a side project of JETS VS SHARKS and soon began to create a buzz – we loved their very first five tracks they put out on a split with WHEN ALL ELSE FAILS so much, we asked if we could put it out as a limited edition 10” picture disc (no, sorry, don’t ask, long gone!)

Since those early manic recordings that sounded like JAWBREAKERS pissed off angry younger brothers, CHILLERTON’s sound has gotten more and more refined, and dare we say it, mature, as the band went from being a side project to everyone’s main focus, and via their 5 track 7”EP/CD we released in 2004 (sorry, again, long gone!) and the masterpiece that was the 2007 “BLEAK UNISON” debut album CHILLERTON are one of the most respected underground punk bands in the country, and almost a permanent fixture at THE FEST each year..

Following a recent USA released 7”, expect more CHILLERTON on Boss Tuneage soon!
